Green Beans

GREEMBEEEEAMS. They are delicious, but I cannot get my family to eat them without doing things to them. This is the healthiest and most delicious of all the things I can do.

Recipe
40~50 green beans
2 tablespoons olive oil (or a little less)
1 teaspoon salt or substitute
0.5 teaspoon ground black pepper

Preheat oven to 425°F. Cut or snap the stem ends off all the beans and put them in a big bowl, preferably one with a lid. Pour the olive oil over the beans, put on the lid, and shake the beans to get them completely covered in oil.

Uncover beans, sprinkle with the salt and pepper, cover, and shake well one more time.

Spread the coated beans evenly on a baking sheet and cook for 10 to 13 minutes in the preheated oven, turning once with a spatula at the halfway mark.
