THIEF: Pico de Gallo & Chicken Tenders with Citrus Rice

The local Fry's store (it's what we call Kroger's out here) has got my number, and they send all sorts of recipes with the monthly special coupons. I always lose the little bits of paper they send, though, so I figured as long as I'm recording all of my recipes here, I might as well just scan and post the ones I collect as well. Haven't tried these yet -- I'll update this post when I do.
